Flowing Stream the
little known signpost
of the coming of Jesus Christ

| As the millenium closes
out, there is many recent developments in
the news that points to the coming of the
Lord Jesus Christ. One of the
little known signposts of the coming of
Jesus Christ, is the flowing stream out
of the temple mount. |

Mount, in what is called the
"gazebo" where many people
believe the Holy of Holies was located in
the Temple Era.

| According to Ezekiel 47:12 And
by the river upon the bank thereof, on
this side and on that side, shall grow
all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not
fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be
consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit
according to his months, because their waters they issued out
of the sanctuary: and the fruit
thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf
thereof for medicine. As the muslims
deny that there is water flowing from the
Temple Mount and their feeble attempts to
try to stop a work of God. There
is water flowing from under the Temple
Mount. |

As Ezekiel prophesies of
the coming Temple from Ezekiel chapter 40
through 48. Chapter 47 goes into
detail of the life giving stream.
Joel and Zechariah also speak of this
stream. While this prophecy seems
spiritual, as the Lord has shown me
things happen first in the physical then
are finished in the spiritual. |
| For example, in Ezekiel 43:7 And
he said unto me, Son of man, the place of
my throne, and the place of the soles of
my feet, where I will dwell in the midst
of the children of Israel for ever, and
my holy name, shall the house of Israel
no more defile, neither they, nor their
kings, by their whoredom, nor by the
carcases of their kings in their high
places. This
speaks of God dwelling in the Temple
forever, just as we know in Revelation 21:22
And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord
God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple
of it. But in Joel it seems to
indicate a literal fulfillment. Joel 3:18
And it shall come to pass in that day,
that the mountains shall drop down new
wine, and the hills shall flow with milk,
and all the rivers of Judah shall flow
with waters, and a fountain shall
come forth of the house of the LORD, and shall water
the valley of Shittim.
This would seem to indicate a
physical and literal fulfillment of the
flowing fountain that comes out of the
house of the Lord. |
| In Zechariah
14:8 describing the coming back of the
Lord Jesus Christ on the Mount of Olives
this seems to indicate a spiritual stream
flowing. Zechariah
14:5b-8 "...and the LORD my God
shall come, and all the saints with
thee. And it shall come to pass in
that day, that the light shall not be
clear, nor dark: |
The Hoses carry the
water across, in front
of the "Dome of the Rock", to
an Olive grove.

| But
it shall be one day which shall be known
to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it
shall come to pass, that at evening time
it shall be light. And it shall be
in that day, that living waters
shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them
toward the former sea, and half of them
toward the hinder sea: in summer and in
winter shall it be. This
would be indicative of the water of life
that flows from Almighty God. A
spiritual stream of life that is
discussed in Revelation
21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I
am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the
end. I will give unto him that is athirst
of the fountain of the
water of life freely."
Also in Revelation 22:1,2
And he shewed me a pure river of water of
life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of
the throne of God and of the Lamb.
In the midst of the street of it, and on
either side of the river, was there the
tree of life, which bare twelve manner of
fruits, and yielded her fruit every
month: and the leaves of the tree were
for the healing of the nations. This
picture in Revelation 22 is very close to
Ezekiel
47:12. And by the river
upon the bank thereof, on this side and
on that side, |

| The prophecies that
discuss the water issuing out of the
Temple Mount seem to both indicate a
spiritual and a literal physical
fulfillment. What
a glorious picture of what is awaiting
the saints of God. The
imminent return of Jesus Christ is just
around the corner. Are you ready to
stand at the judgment ? John
4:10-14 Jesus answered and said
unto her, If thou knewest the gift of
God, and who it is that saith to thee,
Give me to drink; thou wouldest have
asked of him, and he would have given
thee living water. The woman saith
unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw
with, and the well is deep: from whence
then hast thou that living water?
Art thou greater than our father Jacob,
which gave us the well, and drank thereof
himself, and his children, and his
cattle? Jesus answered and said
unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this
water shall thirst again: But whosoever
drinketh of the water that I shall give
him shall never thirst; but the water
that I shall give him shall be in him a
well of water springing up into
everlasting life. |
